The flat has an entry, a living room with a small kitchen and a bar, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The surface is approximately 30 square meters.
The bedroom is equipped with a bed for two people. The living room has a convertible sofa where two people can sleep. There is a large TV set.The kitchen has for electrical heating appliances, an oven and a dishwasher. The two rooms have large sunny windows. They open on a large grass area (which is closed and protected from any intrusion) with trees. The terrace is long and sunny. There is no noise except for bids singing.
The apartment is well suited for a couple with one or two children or two couples.

The flat is located in a modern building located at Le Pouliguen habor near all facilities and shops. The place is inside the Benoit District and the Benoît Beach is just 200 meters away. The Nau Beach (Plage du Nau) is very close as well.
This location makes it a perfect choice for holiday rental in the Quartier Benoît in La Baule, especially for enjoying Benoît Beach and all the other neighboring beaches.
